Paying attention to the person that is speaking, Ensuring that you understand what the person is saying, focus on what the person is saying don't distract your self .taking in some information while ignoring other irrelevant background noises.

I think you are right because if the project manager don't pay attention to you he's not going to know what to do because he wasn't listening to you.

1. Willingness to listen to concerns and worries of family members, (Human Resources/communication, a distracted employee won't be able to concentrate on the job)

I think the 3 things that u might need the most in project management is communication, use short and fast sentences, and be Pleasant and firm. You need to have good communication so people can understand u better. If you used short and fast sentences you can save time and they will also understand you better. and if you be pleasant and firm you will get more people to work with you cause most people like a person that will listen to you and help you.
